Paige Jennifer Barr


Paige Jennifer Barr is an accomplished actor, sketch performer, writer and casting director living in New York City. She has performed at The Upright Citizen's Brigade theatre, The PIT, The Laugh Factory, The Broadway Comedy Club, and many others. She was a performing, writing and contributing member of the feminist sketch comedy group 'Women Aren't Funny' and 'More Famous-er' for many years. She was also on the UCB improv team 'Bogus Sting' and a co-originator of the improv genre 'the evente'. She has many national network commercials running and a great internet spot for Planters Peanunts new campaign 'Power of the Peanut'.

She has most shot a few scenes as Dr. Cohen, opposite Eddie Falco in 'Nurse Jackie'.

She is an accomplished comedy short filmmaker - writing, producing and acting in many of her projects. Her most recent work the pilot 'Life of the Party', a wacky 1/2 hour comedy, has done well in festivals and will be pitched to networks in the coming year. She is also a talented Casting Director freelancing with some of New York's Top commercial casting companies.
